The Leupold VX-3HD 4.5-14x40 CDS-ZL is a lightweight, versatile hunting scope designed for situations ranging from timber and cutblocks to open-country hunting. Its 4.5-14x magnification range provides plenty of flexibility for identifying targets and making precise shots while keeping the scope compact enough for an everyday hunting rifle.
Leupold’s CDS-ZL system combines the Custom Dial System with a locking elevation dial. The ZeroLock design helps prevent accidental adjustments while carrying the rifle, while CDS compatibility allows a custom elevation dial to be matched to a specific rifle and ammunition setup.
The traditional Duplex reticle provides a simple, uncluttered aiming point that works well across a variety of hunting conditions. With a 1-inch maintube, 40 mm objective and a weight of only 13.4 oz, the VX-3HD offers useful magnification without adding unnecessary bulk to your rifle.
