The Yankee Fork Swift Current Wading Staff provides an extra point of support when crossing rivers, navigating uneven bottoms or moving through strong current. Its collapsible design deploys quickly when needed and folds down to a compact size when it’s time to keep both hands free for fishing.
Constructed from aircraft-grade 6061-T aluminum, the staff offers a strong, rigid feel without unnecessary bulk. Internal double shock cords keep the sections together and make deployment fast, while the carbide tip provides dependable contact on rock and other hard river bottoms.
Fully extended, the Swift Current measures 55.5 inches for plenty of reach and support. When collapsed, it measures only 10 inches and stores in the included case for convenient attachment to a wading belt. A practical addition for anglers who regularly fish rivers where current, slippery rocks and uneven footing are part of the day.
